Small Parcel Service Refund Audit
USTC provides a complete Small Parcel Service
Refund Audit. Small parcel carriers, UPS,
FedEx, DHL, etc., offer service guarantees on all
domestic shipments. USTC has developed
proprietary systems to review each tracking number
to determine if the service guarantee has been
properly met. When a shipment qualifies for a
refund, USTC will file for and retrieve a verified
credit on behalf of our client. Our experience
has shown that small parcel carriers consistently
have a service failure rate between 2-4%. USTC
will also provide GL cost accounting at the tracking
level.
USTC will create a database designed to
effectively assist in controlling and understanding
small parcel cost. These reports and data can
include:
- Guarantee Service Refunds (GSR)
- Manifest credits
- Accessorial charges
- Lost in transit shipments
- Bad addresses
- Late deliveries
- GL summaries
